The town of Littleton, Massachusetts was first settled in 1686 and was officially incorporated by the Massachusetts General Court in 1714. Minutemen and Militia of Littleton fought at Concord and Battle Road on April 19, 1775.
Today Littleton has a population of just under 10,000 residents and maintains its small town New England charm with well-preserved architecture and open space. Littleton is a favored by its residents for its highly regarded school system and as a great town for raising families. Zillow ranks the Littleton School system 9 0ut of 10 and Littleton’s schools earned a silver star in the 2016 school rankings of U.S. News and World Report.
